This is a standard SaaS policy provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; for a binding agreement specific to your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.

1. Respect for intellectual property

Chakra respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Nexus at nexus.chakrakali.com to do the same. Do not submit, orchestrate, or generate content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

2. Ownership of the Service

The hosted Service — its software, UI, design system, text, graphics, and logos — is © 2026 Chakra. All rights reserved except (a) the limited license to use the Service granted in the Terms of Service and (b) the core runtime, which is provided separately under the MIT open-source license. Our names and logos are trademarks of Chakra; you may not use them without permission.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain rights in the task definitions, inputs, and agent code you submit. Ownership and use of automated output are described in the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any material you submit or orchestrate.

4. Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location (URL) on the Service.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated agent: Chakra Copyright Agent, [email protected].

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

7. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at nexus.chakrakali.com with a new effective date. Copyright questions: [email protected].
