Nexus

Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 July 2026

This is a standard SaaS policy provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; for a binding agreement specific to your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Nexus at nexus.chakrakali.com (the "Service"), operated by Chakra ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Nexus is a hosted multi-agent orchestration platform: it schedules a dependency DAG of agent tasks, supervises each worker with evidence-based liveness, auto-recovers stalls, pauses for human decisions, and governs token cost. The live demo and the pre-built example orchestrations are available free, with no account. Deploying your own hosted workflows may require sign-in and, beyond an included allowance, a paid subscription (see the Payment & Refund Policy). The core runtime is also available as open-source software under the MIT license for self-hosting.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) submit or orchestrate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service to run workloads that are illegal, deceptive, or abusive; or (e) resell or redistribute the hosted Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Your workflows & output

You retain ownership of the task definitions, inputs, and agent code you submit ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the output produced by your Input ("Output"). You are responsible for your Input, for the agents you connect, and for your use of Output. Automated Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to operate and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, and trademarks — is owned by Chakra and its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the open-source runtime provided under its own MIT license, these Terms grant you no rights in our marks or software beyond the limited right to use the hosted Service.

7. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at checkout and in the Payment & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Prices may change prospectively; we will give reasonable notice of increases.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAKRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted at nexus.chakrakali.com with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Chakra's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
