Payment & Refund Policy

This is a standard SaaS policy provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; for a binding agreement specific to your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.

1. Overview

This policy explains how billing works for Nexus at nexus.chakrakali.com, operated by Chakra. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

2. Free access

The live demo and the pre-built example orchestrations are free, require no account, and have no usage limit. The open-source runtime is free to self-host under the MIT license. You only pay when you deploy your own hosted workflows beyond any included allowance.

3. Subscriptions & credits

Hosted Nexus is offered as a subscription and/or credit-based model:

Subscription: recurring access billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled.
Credits: prepaid packs consumed per hosted run. Credits are applied to your account on purchase.

Current prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Prices may change prospectively with notice; the price you were charged for a billing period will not change mid-period.

4. Billing & renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price using your payment method on file. We may attempt to recharge a failed payment. You authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions: if you are dissatisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the initial charge and we will review your request in good faith; refunds are at our reasonable discretion unless a longer statutory right applies.
Credits: consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.
Statutory rights: nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rights).

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), which will be added where required.

9. Changes & contact
